To make a project successful, it’s necessary to follow a proper process. Our following process helps us to make our website projects successful and deliver on time.
Analysis
Every project is different and has different requirements. So first we work on understanding our client's business, products, and services. This serves us to do deep research and make a solid plan to start your awesome website. Once we are clear about the scope of the project, we will send you a proposal that includes budget, timeline, number of pages, etc.
Content
Here we need you to send us your logo, any brochure, photos or content if you already have. We prefer high resolution logo in .png, .pdf, .psd, .eps or .ai format. We can deal with .jpg, .jpeg or other standard formats as well. If you don't have text content, we can help you with that by sending you a few examples.

Design
First impression is the last impression! We start a project with designing front page based on the meeting notes and stuff provided by our clients. We work closely with our clients to make sure they are completely satisfied with the mockups we sent. Once front page is finalized, we start design inner pages.
Development
Once the designs are approved, we are ready to switch to the development process and start coding. In this phase, we keep our clients updated about the progress of their websites through live tests to make them sure that their project is going to be delivered on time.
Website Optimization
In this phase, we test the performance of the website. We do require tweaks to make sure that website is SEO friendly and loads fast so that it can rank well on Google, Bing and other search engines.
Quality Assurance
Before launch, we test the website on all major devices and web browsers to make sure that everything looks good and functioning properly. We do tests on largest desktop screen to the smallest mobile screen to assure that website is fully responsive.
Launch
Launching the website is the most exciting part of this process for us as well as the client. Once we you are sure nothing has been missed, we take the website live and set up Google Analytics so that you can track your website traffic.
If required, we will provide basic documentation/training to our clients to make them familiar with the aspects of the admin panel and let them know how to update/edit the website.
Post-Launch
We are here for you even after website launch! It's expected that there are few minor content changes or corrections you notice after website launch. We do not charge the next two weeks for all those small changes. If the changes are related to design, functionality, or any new addition, that would be billable. For ongoing website updates, just email us or make a call. Generally, it takes less than an hour to make such minor changes.
