The services, website’s original content, design, features, and functionality are and will remain the sole property of Amptize.
All the stuff available on the website, including the domain itself, is the property of Amptize and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to use the website or its content for commercial use. However, you may download and/or print a copy of the web pages for your personal or non-commercial use but without making any single modification to the content. You are not allowed to reproduce, translate, or sell any material from the site.
Links To Other Websites
Third-party websites or services may have links to our services that are not owned or controlled by us. Amptize has no control over any third-party websites or services. By accessing our website, you agree that Amptize is not responsible for the content, goods, and/or services mentioned on such third-party websites. It is strongly advised that you read all the terms and conditions, and privacy policies of such websites or services carefully.
Invoice Payment Terms
Generally, we expect 50 percent advance to start a website design and development project. If you feel comfortable with 3 or 4 installments, we won’t mind. You can deposit 33 percent (for three installments) or 25 percent (for four installments) in advance to start a project. For other small services, we can work on either an hourly basis or a fixed price. The down payment would be non-refundable. If you are going to pay in three or four installments, the payments made before the final payment would be non-refundable. We request full payment when the website is ready for launch. It is common that the client requests a few small text changes after the website launch. So first 2 weeks after launch, we do not bill for minor content changes to the website. Every modification after 2 weeks (minor or major) will be billable.
The customer needs to pay for any premium plugin, images, or other stuff they want to use on their website. On PSD to HTML conversion service, if you need further help or changes once we hand over the files, we would charge extra for that. If you need us to work with your backend developer to implement the design, we charge a minimum of $20 per hour for that.
Interactive Features
This site may include interactive features to make communication between users like blogs, chat rooms, email services. These features allow users to write their comments or feedback to us. It is your responsibility to provide your actual information. You are the only person responsible for all the stuff you send or post to us. Amptize does not control the electronic messages, information, or files you or others may provide us through our website.
Service Interruptions
Amptize won’t be responsible for any interruption of service that is beyond its control. Such interruptions include natural disasters and any type of delay on behalf of the customer.
Login Credentials
The customer agrees to keep all the user names/IDs and passwords confidential. We strictly prohibit you from sharing your credentials with anyone. Amptize won’t be responsible for any data loss or issues that occurred if you do so.
Adherence to Proposal
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the proposal carefully for website design, website development, and all other services provided by us. In case services go above the scope of the original proposal, Amptize reserves the right to either refuse project add-ons or invoice for any additional time and material required.
Project Time Frame
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the project time frame and be loyal to those dates on their end. If the customer fails to meet the time frame, we may put the project on hold. In case of a long delay, the project could be terminated and we may ask you to sign a new agreement to continue the project. Down payments are non-refundable, so payment will not be returned if a project is delayed or terminated by the customer.
Disclaimer
Although it is extremely rare, Amptize reserves the right to change its terms and conditions AT any time. We will publish the updates here with the effective date if the terms and conditions are changed. However, we will notify you through email before publishing the updates here, we advise you to review this web page periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use our website after those changes, you agree to the changes and bound to the new terms and conditions. If you have any objection TO the revised terms, you are no longer authorized to access or use our website and services.
